Office Assistant

Job overview: 

Part-Time office assistant responsible for assisting project managers and other employees on daily/weekly tasks. Will use a tablet/computer to perform job duties.


  • Clerical experience.
  • Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
  • Must have ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Heavy Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Office a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Data Entry.
  • Ensures timely processing of weekly reports and other administrative functions
  • Other duties as assigned.
